Job description
- Assist in reviewing all payment requests and disbursements.
- Assist in recapitulating Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P).
- Handle, check and reply to emails.
- Collecting withheld taxes (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 26).
- Assist with data entry and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Supports monthly closing process.
Job Requirements
- Minimum fresh graduate from Vocational High School, majoring in Accounting (or related field).
- Master the basic principles of accounting, finance and tax.
- Have good math, typing and computer skills.
- Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) & Google Spreadsheet.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage tasks effectively.
- Work from office (WFO).
