Transaction History in the menu Store balance is a feature that can be used to view the history of transactions that you have made, sending orders and the process of disbursing your shop balance. You can also search Transaction History by status and date.
- How to view transaction history?
- Log in to your shop dashboard
- Click Store Balance which is in the My Shop menu
- You can filter according to your search needs
- Incoming Funds: The balance you receive from your sales
- Funds Out: Withdraw your sales balance according to the balance withdrawal request you made (Withdrawal history)
- Processed: Your balance withdrawal request is currently in process. You can wait for the process to complete by checking periodically on this menu
- Rejected: The process of disbursing your balance is rejected, this occurs due to several factors including: the account is not suitable, the limit of your disbursement account. If you experience this, you can look at your shop email to get a solution.
- Hold: Your shop balance is being held because the VCGamers team suspects there is an unfair transaction, if this happens in your shop. You can contact us via email [email protected]
- What is the maximum period available for transaction history?
- Vicigers can only access a maximum of the last 3 months, the date of which will follow the date when accessed. For example, today is March 29 2023, then the Transaction List will only appear a maximum of 3 months earlier, namely December 29 2022. Furthermore, if you access it on March 30 2023, then the maximum that will appear is until December 30 2022 and so on.
