Withdrawal of Buyer's Balance

• Click menu Account 
• Click Buyer's Balance
• Click Withdraw Balance
• Enter the withdrawal amount you want or click options Withdraw all my balance
• Input the required data (Make sure the name of the Bank/E-Wallet account holder is correct so that the balance disbursement process can continue)
• Balance withdrawals will be subject to *Bank/E-Wallet transfer fees
• Click Withdraw Balance
• Insert Buyer's Balance PIN
• Congratulations, you have successfully requested a withdrawal from the Buyer's Balance
• Next, the admin will immediately review your balance withdrawal and process the balance disbursement to the maximum account/E-Wallet 2×24 hours on the working day after the disbursement request is made. (Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays do not count)
• When the process is complete, you will get a notification via email

Please note, VCGamers applies a Bank/E-Wallet* transfer fee for withdrawals Buyer's Balance, minimum balance that can be disbursed to the account is: 20,000 rupiah (excluding Bank/E-Wallet transfer fees)

*Note: Requests for withdrawal of Buyer's Balance cannot be approved under the following conditions:

• Before any transaction is carried out using the Buyer's Balance.
• Buyer balance comes from VCGamers event prizes.
• Buyer's balance obtained from the PayLater payment method.

VCGamers has the right to withhold the Buyer's Balance, if based on our consideration there are indications of fraud, fictitious transactions, misuse and/or other legal violations.
