Sharing Account sales conditions

Vidio Account Sales Terms

Vidio accounts sold on VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

1. Sellers must get a Vidio account subscription package that is sold legally.
2. Seller is prohibited from selling Free Trial Accounts.
3. Sellers can only sell private accounts (for one buyer)
4. Sellers can only sell Premier Vidio Accounts with an active period of 30 days.
5. Sellers are required to immediately send orders in the form of account information such as email, password and cellphone number to buyers
6. The Vidio Premier Account sales balance will be automatically entered after 10 days if the Buyer does not confirm the order.
7. Sellers are prohibited from re-selling accounts purchased from other stores on VCGamers (their own accounts or accounts with other usernames used by the Seller).
8. If the Vidio Premier account provided by the Seller cannot be used due to being suspended, unsubscribed and unable to log in, during the purchase period, and the seller cannot help repair the account, then VCGamers has the right to conduct store moderation, withhold the available store balance, and cancel the order. if the order status is not Completed.
9. VCGamers reserves the right to change the contents of these sales conditions at any time without prior notification.

Disney+ Hotstar Account Sales Terms

Disney+ Hotstar accounts sold on VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

1. The seller must obtain a Disney+Hotstar account subscription package that is sold legally.
2. Seller is prohibited from selling Disney+ Hotstar Free Trial Accounts.
3. Sellers are prohibited from selling Disney+ Hotstar accounts to more than 2 users for sharing and 1 user for private purposes.
4. Sellers can only sell Disney+ Hotstar Accounts with an active period of 30 days.
5. Disney+ Hotstar Account sales balance will be automatically entered after 10 days if the Buyer does not confirm the order.
6. Sellers are prohibited from re-selling accounts purchased from other stores on VCGamers (their own accounts or accounts with other usernames used by the Seller).
7. If the Disney+ Hotstar account provided by the Seller cannot be used due to being suspended, unsubscribed and unable to log in, during the purchase period, and the seller cannot help repair the account, then VCGamers has the right to conduct store moderation, withhold the available store balance, and cancel the order. if the order status is not Completed.
8. VCGamers reserves the right to change the contents of these sales conditions at any time without prior notification. 

Spotify Account Sales Terms

Spotify accounts sold on VCGamers must meet the following conditions: 

1. Sellers are required to use legal methods to obtain an active Subscription Package on the account being sold.
2. Seller is prohibited from selling Free Trial Accounts.
3. Spotify merchandise with the Account merchandise type is not permitted to be sent in the form of an invitation link.
4. Sellers are only allowed to sell Subscription Package Accounts with an active period of 30 days.
5. Sellers are required to immediately send orders with valid account information such as username And password to buyers.
6. The Spotify Account sales balance will be automatically entered after 10 days if the Buyer does not confirm the order.
7. Sellers are not allowed to resell accounts purchased from other stores on VCGamers (whether purchased using their own account or using another account but used by the seller).
8. If the Spotify account provided by the Seller cannot be used due to being suspended, unsubscribed and unable to log in, during the purchase period, and the seller cannot help repair the account, then VCGamers has the right to conduct store moderation, withhold the available store balance, and cancel the order if order status is incomplete.
9. VCGamers reserves the right to change the contents of these sales conditions at any time without prior notification. 

Viu Account Sales Terms

Viu accounts sold on VCGamers must meet the following conditions:  

1. Seller must get a Viu account subscription package that is sold in a legal way.
2. Seller is prohibited from selling Free Trial Accounts.
3. Sellers can only sell Viu Accounts with an active period of 30 days.
4. Sellers are required to immediately send orders in the form of account information such as email, password and cellphone number to buyers
5. The Viu Account sales balance will be automatically entered after 10 days if the Buyer does not confirm the order.
6. Sellers are prohibited from re-selling accounts purchased from other stores on VCGamers (their own accounts or accounts with other usernames used by the Seller).
7. If the Viu account provided by the Seller cannot be used due to being suspended, unsubscribed and unable to log in, during the purchase period, and the seller cannot help repair the account, then VCGamers has the right to conduct store moderation, withhold the available store balance, and cancel the order if order status is incomplete.
8. VCGamers reserves the right to change the contents of these sales conditions at any time without prior notification

Iflix Account Sales Conditions

Iflix accounts sold on VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

1. Sellers must get an Iflix account subscription package that is sold legally.
2. Seller is prohibited from selling Free Trial Accounts.
3. Sellers can only sell Iflix VIP Subscription Package Accounts with an active period of 30 days.
4. Sellers are required to immediately send orders in the form of account information such as email, password and cellphone number to buyers
5. Iflix Account sales balance will be automatically entered after 10 days if the Buyer does not confirm the order.
6. Sellers are prohibited from re-selling accounts purchased from other stores on VCGamers (their own accounts or accounts with other usernames used by the Seller).
7. If the Iflix account provided by the Seller cannot be used due to being suspended, unsubscribed and unable to log in, during the purchase period, and the seller cannot help repair the account, then VCGamers has the right to conduct store moderation, withhold the available store balance, and cancel the order if order status is incomplete.
8. VCGamers reserves the right to change the contents of these sales conditions at any time without prior notification.  

Netflix Account Sales Terms

Netflix accounts sold on VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

1. Sellers are required to use legal methods to obtain an active Subscription Package on the account being sold.
2. Seller is prohibited from selling Free Trial Accounts.
3. Sellers are only allowed to sell Subscription Package Accounts with an active period of 30 days.
4. Sellers are required to immediately send orders in the form of account information such as email, password and cellphone number to buyers
5. Sellers are prohibited from re-selling accounts purchased from other stores on VCGamers (their own accounts or accounts with other usernames used by the Seller).
6. Sellers are prohibited from selling Netflix accounts to more than 5 users for sharing accounts and 1 user for private accounts. 
7. The account sales balance will be automatically entered after 10 days if the Buyer does not confirm the order.
8. If the Netflix account provided by the Seller cannot be used due to being suspended, unsubscribed and unable to log in, during the purchase period, and the seller cannot help repair the account, then VCGamers has the right to conduct store moderation, withhold the available store balance, and cancel the order if order status is incomplete.
9. VCGamers reserves the right to change the contents of these sales conditions at any time without prior notification.  

WeTv Account Sales Terms

WeTV accounts sold on VCGamers must meet the following conditions

1. Sellers must obtain a WeTv account subscription package that is sold legally.
2. Seller is prohibited from selling Free Trial Accounts.
3. Sellers can only sell WeTv Subscription Package Accounts with an active period of 30 days.
4. Sellers are required to immediately send orders in the form of account information such as email, password and cellphone number to buyers.
5. Sellers may only sell WeTV accounts to a maximum of 2 users for sharing and 1 user for private use.
6. The WeTv Account sales balance will be automatically entered after 10 days if the Buyer does not confirm the order.
7. Sellers are prohibited from re-selling accounts purchased from other stores on VCGamers (their own accounts or accounts with other usernames used by the Seller).
8. If the WeTv account provided by the Seller cannot be used due to being suspended, unsubscribed and unable to log in, during the purchase period, and the seller cannot help repair the account, then VCGamers has the right to conduct store moderation, withhold the available store balance, and cancel the order if order status is incomplete.
9. VCGamers reserves the right to change the contents of these sales conditions at any time without prior notification.

Terms of Sale for Premium Youtube Account Upgrades

Upgrading YouTube Premium Accounts sold on VCGamers must meet the following conditions:  

1. Sellers are required to use legal methods to obtain an active Subscription Package on the account being sold.
2. Seller is prohibited from selling Free Trial Accounts.
3. Sellers are only allowed to sell YouTube Premium Account Upgrades with an active period of 30 days.
4. Sellers are required to immediately send orders in the form of account information such as email, password and cellphone number to buyers
5. The account sales balance will be automatically entered after 10 days if the Buyer does not confirm the order.
6. Sellers are prohibited from re-selling accounts purchased from other stores on VCGamers (their own accounts or accounts with other usernames used by the Seller).
7. If the YouTube Premium account provided by the Seller cannot be used due to being suspended, unsubscribed and unable to log in, during the purchase period, and the seller cannot help repair the account, then VCGamers has the right to conduct store moderation, withhold the available store balance, and cancel the order. if the order status is not Completed.
8. VCGamers reserves the right to change the contents of these sales conditions at any time without prior notification. 
   

iQYI Account Sales Terms

iQYI accounts sold on VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

1. Sellers must obtain an iQYI account subscription package that is sold legally.
2. Seller is prohibited from selling Free Trial Accounts.
3. Sellers can only sell Iflix VIP Subscription Package Accounts with an active period of 30 days.
4. Sellers are required to immediately send orders in the form of account information such as email, password and cellphone number to buyers
5. The iQYI Account sales balance will be entered automatically after 10 days, if it is not confirmed as complete by the Buyer.
6. Sellers are prohibited from selling iQYI accounts for more than 4 users for sharing accounts and 1 user for private accounts.
7. Sellers are prohibited from re-selling accounts purchased from other stores on VCGamers (their own accounts or accounts with other usernames used by the Seller).
8. If the iQYI account provided by the Seller cannot be used due to being suspended, unsubscribed and unable to log in, during the purchase period, and the seller cannot help repair the account, then VCGamers has the right to conduct store moderation, withhold the available store balance, and cancel the order if order status is incomplete.
9. VCGamers reserves the right to change the contents of these sales conditions at any time without prior notification.  

HBO GO Account Sales Terms

HBO GO accounts sold on VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

1. Seller must obtain an HBO GO account subscription package that is sold legally.
2. Seller is prohibited from selling Free Trial Accounts.
3. Sellers can only sell HBO GO Accounts with an active period of 30 days.
4. Sellers are prohibited from selling HBO GO accounts to more than 2 users for sharing accounts and 1 user for private accounts.
5. Sellers are required to immediately send orders in the form of account information such as email, password and cellphone number to buyers
6. HBO GO Account sales balance will be automatically entered after 10 days if the Buyer does not confirm the order.
7. Sellers are prohibited from re-selling accounts purchased from other stores on VCGamers (their own accounts or accounts with other usernames used by the Seller).
8. If the HBO GO account provided by the Seller cannot be used due to being suspended, unsubscribed and unable to log in, during the purchase period, and the seller cannot help repair the account, then VCGamers has the right to conduct store moderation, withhold the available store balance, and cancel the order. if the order status is not Completed.
9. VCGamers reserves the right to change the contents of these sales conditions at any time without prior notification.  

Amazon Prime Video Account Terms of Sale

Amazon Prime Video accounts sold on VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

1. The seller must obtain an Amazon Prime Video account subscription package that is sold legally.
2. Seller is prohibited from selling Free Trial Accounts.
3. Sellers can only sell accounts with an active period of 30 days
4. Sellers are prohibited from selling accounts to more than 3 users for sharing accounts and 1 user for private accounts.
5. Sellers are required to immediately send orders in the form of account information such as email, password and cellphone number to buyers
6. Sellers are prohibited from re-selling accounts purchased from other stores on VCGamers (their own accounts or accounts with other usernames used by the Seller).
7. Amazon Prime Video Account sales balance will be automatically credited after 10 days if the Buyer does not confirm the order.
8. Sellers are prohibited from re-selling accounts purchased from other stores on VCGamers (their own accounts or accounts with other usernames used by the Seller).
9. If the Amazon Prime Video account provided by the Seller cannot be used due to being suspended, unsubscribed and unable to log in, during the purchase period, and the seller cannot help repair the account, then VCGamers has the right to conduct store moderation, hold the available store balance, and cancel the order if the order status is not Completed.
10. VCGamers reserves the right to change the contents of these sales conditions at any time without prior notification.  

MOLA Account Sales Terms

MOLA accounts sold on VCGamers must meet the following conditions:

1. Sellers must get a Mola account subscription package that is sold legally.
2. Seller is prohibited from selling Free Trial Accounts.
3. Sellers are prohibited from selling accounts to more than 2 users for sharing accounts and 1 user for private accounts.
4. Sellers can only sell accounts with an active period of 30 days
5. Sellers are required to immediately send orders in the form of account information such as email and password to buyers.
6. The Seller will immediately receive the Mola Account sales balance automatically after 10 days if the Buyer does not confirm the order.
7. Sellers are prohibited from re-selling accounts purchased from other stores on VCGamers (their own accounts or accounts with other usernames used by the Seller).
8. If the Mola account provided by the Seller cannot be used due to being suspended, unsubscribed and unable to log in, during the purchase period, and the seller cannot help repair the account, then VCGamers has the right to moderate the store, withhold the available store balance, and cancel the order if order status is incomplete.
9. VCGamers reserves the right to change the contents of these sales conditions at any time without prior notification.  

If VCGamers finds that the Seller has violated the Sharing Account Sales Terms mentioned above, VCGamers will impose sanctions in the form of:

1. Product Removal: VCGamers will permanently deactivate the product.
2. Store Moderation: VCGamers will conduct store moderation for 7 days to Permanent if the Seller commits similar violations.
3. Revocation of the Instant Delivery/Express Process Feature: VCGamers will permanently revoke the Instant Delivery and/or Express Process Feature at the Seller's shop if it is found to be abusing this feature in the process of sending the Account to the buyer. 

Sellers who use the feature Instant Delivery on his Sharing Account merchandise, he must comply Terms and Conditions for Using the Instant Delivery Feature.
