If you have sent your order Top Up However, if you still complain/moderate, you can attach valid proof of delivery by showing:
- Delivery time
- Delivery destination (ID, No. etc.)
- Quantity/Delivery Denom
For orders by category Account or other, will be adjusted for each brand and informed by the moderation Admin.
Notes :
- Evidence that does not show the above elements will be considered invalid.
- Always check moderated orders regularly for moderation developments
- Please be able to attach proof of delivery before the deadline determined by the moderation Admin so that it is not closed automatically with a solution to return the balance to the Buyer
