You don't need to worry if you experience transaction problems, you can find a solution by choosing the type of problem you are experiencing below:
Transaction Complaints
- After logging in, Partners will be directed to the Menu Main. On the send side of the Main menu, point the cursor to the menu Transaction to open the page then click at the bottom Action like the following example.
- In the Transaction Details, click Complaint.
- You will enter the menu New Ticket.
- Enter all the required data such as Constraint Types, Descriptions, and Attachments (If there is) then click Send.

Submit Ticket
This ticket request makes it easy for Partners to get solutions regarding problematic transactions or provide insights and suggestions so that we can always develop together. Here are the easy steps that we can suggest:
- After logging in, partners will be directed to the Menu Main. On the send side of the Main menu, point the cursor to the menu Ticket Request to open the page, then click + Add Ticket to raise obstacles.
- Please submit the problem you are facing and fill in the required form, such as: Subject Constraint Type, Constraint Description And Attach supporting files (if applicable) and Click Send.
- You can see the status of your problems that are being resolved in the Menu Ticket Request by pressing the sign below Action.
Criticism & Suggestions
For partners who wish to provide criticism and suggestions, please let us know. We appreciate everything you say so that it can help improve our services in an even better direction. Here are the easy steps that we can suggest:
- After logging in, on the send side of the menu Main hover over the menu Criticism and suggestions to open the page.
- Click + Add Criticism & Suggestions.
- Please fill in the Criticism & Suggestions Form that has been provided, then click Send.
- You can see the criticism & suggestions you have given us in the Menu Criticism and suggestions.
