Make sure your account and shop names are different, Vicgers. Account Name is the identity you use as a buyer. Meanwhile, the shop name is the shop's identity to be known by potential buyers, which can only be changed once
Before you change your account name, please understand the following Terms and Conditions:
- It is prohibited to use names that contain elements of sara, other brands, inappropriate words, pornographic elements and the main product VCGamers (VCG).
- VCGamers has the right to deactivate if the account/store name is indicated to violate the applicable Terms & Conditions.
- The User must ensure that changes to the account/shop name are as desired and are personally responsible for changes to the account/shop name made by the User.
- The User agrees that any engagement that occurred prior to the name change remains binding on the User.
To make changes account name, you can follow the following method:
- Login to your VCGamers account
- Press menu Account which is in the bottom right corner of the VCGamers page
- Click Arrangement
- Click Edit Profile
- After customizing the account name, click Save
To make changes shop name, you can follow the following method:
- Enter your shop dashboard
- Click the 3 lines in the right corner of the shop dashboard page > Click Arrangement (mobile view)
- Click Arrangement on the left side of the shop dashboard page (desktop view)
- Click Store Profile
- Once you have finished changing the shop name, click Save
