Instant Delivery is a feature of VCGamers which functions to make it easier for sellers to send orders to buyers.
The seller only needs to enter the Voucher Code with the stock he has via the menu provided, then the Voucher Code will be sent automatically by the system to the buyer.
Terms and conditions
- Sellers who can use this feature are sellers who have had a minimum of 50 completed transactions with a minimum success percentage of 90%.
- If the seller deactivates the product variant with the Instant label, it requires a delay of ±1 minute if you want to reactivate it.
- If fraud occurs in the transaction or the seller is found to have entered the wrong code and this results in the order being moderated continuously, then VCGamers has the right to deactivate the Instant delivery feature.
- VCGamers has the right to choose shops and products that can use the Instant delivery feature based on certain criteria.
- VCGamers reserves the right to change/add applicable regulations without prior notification.
- Transactions that are successfully carried out with the Instant delivery feature are only considered successful transactions, without affecting the average delivery speed.
How to Activate the Instant Feature
If the shop meets the requirements, this feature can be activated using the following steps:
- Go to the Store/Shop page.
- Select tabs Request > Instant Products > Submit a Request.
- The VCGamers admin will respond to feature requests within a maximum of 14 working days of submission.
- If it has been approved, in the Add/Edit product menu the Switch On/Off instant feature button will appear > Swipe to the right to activate.
- Then select menu Manage Voucher Codes > Enter PIN > Input voucher code > Check number of codes > Input > Close > Save.
- You can withdraw the code that has been uploaded via the Withdraw Code button provided, if the code cannot be used again to avoid violations as explained in point 3 of the Terms and Conditions section for using this feature.
