- Please Insert/attach a photo of your KTP account owner to verify account changes.
- If the name of the new account owner different with those registered, please insert/attach 2 KTP photos simultaneously between Bank/E-Wallet owners registered and owner of the Bank/E-
New wallet order request change account can be approved. - Make sure the new Bank/Ewallet is available on VCGamers. For further information, please check the submenu List of banks to which balance will be disbursed.
- Changes can only be processed if you send a request using registered email as a shop on VCGamers
- Account change requests can only be made maximum 1x/month.
